We empower people to successfully interact with their world and their future by providing eco-friendly, custom-application 3D printed prosthetics.
As part of our vision to equip individuals with limb differences with the confidence, resources, and support to accomplish anything they can imagine, Form5 Prosthetics is focused on improving and accelerating its work in four areas: 3D printing of customized eco-friendly prosthetics, recycling, developing filament, and conducting CO-FAB Workshops.
To make this possible, we rely on the talent, time, and insight of our many volunteers and the generous philanthropic support of the greater community.
